Construction has begun, and is chugging along pretty quickly. This week was the concrete pour around the future trench drain. I say future because it’s on back order for 2-3 weeks. It just isn’t a construction project without at least one delay. Soon they will start installing the ceiling grid and electrical upgrades.
The contractor tells us they’ll be done by May 2nd, so we’re hoping to open this summer. We’ll blast it all over social media when it’s for real!
